Een toonaangevend wetenschappelijk journal, Frontier in Neurology heeft de resultaten gepubliceerd van een gerandomniseerde placebo gecontroleerde trial van Mente Autisme in de VS. De trial vond dat Mente Autisme kan leiden tot significante veranderingen in hersenactiviteit (qEEG), sensomotorisch gedrag (posturografie) en gedrag (gestandaardiseerde vragenlijsten) in kinderen met autisme.
